If you’re just looking for a quote to get some work done, then we charge absolutely nothing at all! (though we never say no to a cup of tea)
If it’s something simple to fix that we can do then and there, we only charge £85 for the first hour, plus the cost of any materials used.
If we come out to do work, then our basic rate is £85 per hour, but that can vary depending on the job. We will always make sure we provide you with a detailed quote in advance, so you’re never caught off guard.
Once a year. This annual service is designed to help keep your boiler running efficiently and save you money on your energy bills. It can also catch any issues with your boiler before they grow into big problems, so it’s always worth doing.
NO! This is a common mistake to make, but a plumber will not be able to help you if your boiler breaks down. In fact, the best they will be able to do is say ‘it’s broken’. What you need is a Gas Safe registered Gas Engineer. They are fully qualified to work safely on boilers, and can fix any issues that might have caused them to break down. As well as being plumbers, we are also Gas Safe registered Gas Engineers, so we can help with this!
Yes, we do! As with boilers, we recommend you have your underfloor heating serviced once a year. Just get in touch for a quote.
Yes, we do! As certified plumbers and gas engineers we can install all of your bathroom fixtures, install and connect all of your pipework and make sure it all works smoothly. The only thing we don’t do is the finishing touches, like tiling. But we do work with some fantastic partners who can make your bathroom beautiful, so be sure to ask us for information when we’re quoting for the work.
There are a few reasons your radiator might not be working. It might have air in it and just need to be bled, which is something you can do yourself if you have a radiator key lying around. You could have blocked valves, which would need seeing to by someone like us. Or your pipes might just be full of the sludge and grime that builds up in plumbing over time, in which case all you need is a power flush to get it working again.
